Complaint Resolution

Any problem, concern, or complaint about any part of the service provided by Auckland City Brokers Ltd, will be referred to our Internal Complaints Scheme to resolve the issue.

The Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008 requires that every
financial service provider, who provides financial services to retail clients, must be a member of an
approved dispute resolution scheme.

If our internal complaints scheme is unable provide satisfaction, or if you decide not to use the internal
complaints scheme, you can contact;

The Insurance and Savings Ombudsmen (ISO) Disputes Resolution Scheme.
